Week Two Q

Q.We are already beginning to talk about customer service. Talk about a positive customer service experience you have had working at Jittery Joe's.


A. I have had many positive costomer experiences already at Jittery Joes, my first one was my first time making a latte. I started making it and I messed up and the costomer was very polite and wasnt mad. I fixed my mistake quickly and had it finished just a few minutes later. But the person i was making it for was very nice about me messing up and wasnt mad at all. I really appericiated their curtisy and appoligized for messing up. But now i have the hang of workign at Jittery Joes and very rarley mess up.
